1. Do i need to register as a member before i can perform a transaction?
For all new customers, initially you need to register with us for future transaction. There are two ways you can register, either you can fill up your personal information after you confirm your orders and click the “CHECKOUT” button or you can straight away register before transaction is made by simply click on the “CHECK OUT” button at the main page of RC Planet website.
If you are an existing customer, you only need to login before or after you perform your transaction. It’s easy and simple!
2. What can i do if i noticed there is a fault on my transaction?
Don't worry. If you noticed there is a fault after placing your order, you can email us at support@rcplanet.com.my immediately so that we can correct your order. Corrections will not be made if the order is already sent out.
3. Can i cancel or make changes on my order after my transaction is being done?
Sure you can! If you really wish to cancel or make any changes on your order, kindly inform us at support@rcplanet.com.my stating your ORDER NUMBER and CONTACT DETAILS before payment has been made. Cancellation is NOT ALLOWED after your payment has been made. Payment is NOT RETURNABLE. We will send out your order once the payment is received.
4. Do you provide any wholesales?

5. Is there any catalogues provided?
Currently we ONLY provide website as online catalogue. Please DO NOT hesitate to check the products from our website through product category or manufacturer.
