Currently, we only offer TWO courier services :
1. SKYNET WORLDWIDE for DOMESTIC USERS
2. FEDEX EXPRESS for FOREIGN USERS
CHARGES : The shipping charges depend on the SUM of WEIGHT of the TOTAL ITEMS you buy. The shipping cost is shown once you place your order and perform CHECKOUT. It shows before payment is made.
PROCESS : Your orders will be processed DAILY during BUSINESS DAYS, from MONDAY to FRIDAY. The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 3pm ( Malaysia Time). Orders that are placed on WEEKENDS or MALAYSIA PUBLIC HOLIDAYS will be then processed on the following BUSINESS DAY. Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days once the payment is CONFIRMED.
TRANSACTION SUCCEED : When the payment transaction is SUCCEEDED , we will EMAIL you an ORDER CONFIRMATION and a SHIPPING DETAIL which include TRACKING NUMBER once it is CONFIRMED. Any DELAY of the SHIPMENT or UNAVAILABILITY of PURCHASE ITEMS will be notified through EMAIL .

Normally, it will take approximately 1-3 working days for the shipment to reach its destination. In certain circumstances, it maytake up LONGER time for delivery.
2. FEDEX EXPRESS (For Foreign Users Only: Only Applicable outside Malaysia)
Normally, it will take approximately 7-14 days for the shipment to reach its destination. In certain circumstances, it may take up 3-4 weeks or LONGER for delivery due to DIFFERENT COUNTRY DECLARATION of CUSTOMS.
DUTIES & TAXES : Any IMPORT DUTIES and TAXES are to be subjected by CUSTOMERS themselves, according to their own country POLICIES. Any additional charges for CUSTOM’S CLEARANCE will be also paid by customers. We will not responsible for these CHARGES. Customs policies may VARY from country to country and change from time to time.We strongly recommend you contact your local customs for further information. All cross-border shipments are subject to scrutiny by customs authorities. Please be AWARE of any laws in your country regarding the legality of the items that you buy.
RC PLANET will not RESPONSIBLE for CUSTOMS SEIZURES if the items are being considered ILLEGAL in your country. Please be AWARE of what items CAN and CAN’T be imported into your country due to different policies.

IMPORTANT NOTES : Please note that RC PLANET reserves the right to make any adjustments on the shipping cost under certain circumstances. However, the changes of shipping cost will be informed IN ADVANCED.
GOODS RETURN : If product RETURNS due to fault AIRMAIL ADDRESS provided by customer, we will RE-CONFIRM the address again with the customers. If we found that the address is being provided wrongly by customers, then an ADDITIONAL CHARGE on shipment cost will be born.
Email Notification : FedEx provides Email Notification upon Shipping, Exception and Delivery. We will notify our cusotmers on the shipment according to the email provided by the them.
Onlice Tracking : Customers may logon to FedEx Website to track their shipment online. Just key in the Tracking Number provided by us and the customers will know about the status of their shipments.
